It's hard to get into a routine isn't it? For example, I have not written a blog post since last September and it is now June! But, what I need to recognize is that I am writing it now and that's all that matters. Don't focus so much on your failure. Yes, realize the regret and recognize the change you want to make and then make it asap. Motivation is not an easy thing to find. It took me a while to become completely motivated to eat right and have a healthy lifestyle. Because oh my gosh ice cream and pizza were made by angels and sent to us as a gift am I right? Well, in their deliciousness and momentary haven they are but they aren't rooting for you to succeed. By that I mean they do nothing for your health but destroy it especially if that is a regular diet for you. So, the point of saying that was this, I had to realize that I did not like the person I was looking like at all. No, appearance in not everything but feeling good about yourself and your choices can make all the difference in the world. The way you act and feel affects everyone around you. I had to see that I was not happy to just be COMFORTABLE I wanted to be self assured that I am doing my BEST to lead a healthy lifestyle, be in the best shape I can be in and to show others the opportunity that has been knocking for years. It's time to say yes to MOTIVATION and no to being "comfortable." Be the best version of yourself and if you aren't sure what that is then start that journey right now. I can assure you it will be hard and it will be challenging but it will be one of the best decisions you will ever make. You never choose the challenging path then you will never learn how to grow. Choose to have a healthy lifestyle not a diet. A healthy life isn't prison.
