Do you tell yourself you are going to get up 30 minutes earlier than normal and still find yourself hitting the snooze button? Do you have those few books on your night stand that you want to read and you look at them and still decide to do something else? Do you wish you could be more and do better?
YEAH, ME TOO!
I tend to make a list of things I want to get done and then somehow qualify that as accomplishing them. Writing is an out let to relieve your soul and mind from wandering thoughts and feelings. To clear your mind to focus on more and more thoughts and feelings. So when I write out a to-do list I tend to get it out of my mind completely therefore getting nothing accomplished. It is better to think of one thing at a time because all you have is right now. Do you need to write a letter to that one friend? Well, don’t write it down to do later do it right now while you are thinking on it. I have realized that if I sat down and finished something right when I thought of it I would be way more successful and accomplished. When something is only going to affect me I tend to ignore it when in reality those are the things I should pay most attention to. So pick one thing that you keep putting off and finish it. No matter how big or small the project you will feel so much better after you finally get it finished.
